HR Compliance Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR compliance programs.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records and HR processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Support the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Help in drafting and revising company policies to reflect changes in labor laws.
  • Assist in training employees on compliance-related topics.
  • Respond to internal and external compliance inquiries and assist in investigations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or compliance is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
