Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR compliance programs.
- Conduct regular audits of employee records and HR processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
- Help in drafting and revising company policies to reflect changes in labor laws.
- Assist in training employees on compliance-related topics.
- Respond to internal and external compliance inquiries and assist in investigations as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or compliance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
