Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into various systems and databases.
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Update and maintain data records in an organized manner.
- Assist with data management tasks, including data cleaning and validation.
- Generate reports and provide data summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a data entry or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
