Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into various systems and databases.
  • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Update and maintain data records in an organized manner.
  • Assist with data management tasks, including data cleaning and validation.
  • Generate reports and provide data summaries as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a data entry or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
