Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
