Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
