Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs and activities.
  • Liaise with department managers and trainers to identify training needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and other documentation.
  • Track and record employee participation in training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and preparing materials.
  • Communicate training schedules and details to participants.
  • Assist in the creation of online training modules and e-learning content.
  • Provide support to trainers and facilitators during training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a training coordinator, training facilitator, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to evaluate and improve training programs.
