Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and projects as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer service tools.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
