Customer Service Representative – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous remote customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote communication tools.
