Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update operations documentation, including process manuals, reports, and databases.
  • Support inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
  • Perform data entry and manage electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
